Job Summary
Manage a budget hotel across German locations with full responsibility for operational workflows in all areas. Lead the property as an independent GmbH within a management contract, directly engaging with international guests to personalize the experience while maintaining coole prices and contemporary design standards. Earn direct revenue participation based on hotel performance. Requirements include hospitality or commercial background, strong English skills, and a service-oriented mindset. You will receive intensive onboarding tailored to budget hotel operations and join a team supporting sustainability and diversity initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung und/oder einschlägige Erfahrung im Hotel- und Gaststättengewerbe oder Ausbildung und/oder einschlägige Erfahrung in einem kaufmännischen oder technischen Beruf, vorzugsweise mit Dienstleistungsbezug bzw. Kundenkontakt
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Dienstleistungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Unternehmerische Tätigkeit (Selbstständigkeit als GmbH im Rahmen eines Managementvertrages)
