Job Summary
Turn in daily service logs and roll call sheets to office staff, verify data accuracy, and review staff progress notes to ensure quality standards and required reference details are met. Meet with staff for additional training, assist with weekly shopping, and prepare materials for daily group sessions. Operate company or personal vehicles for work-related travel while maintaining regular, punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Chief Executive Officer. This part-time role supports the Coordinator in managing community-based human services operations at the designated work location.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or four years of equivalent education and/or experience working in the human services field
- Must pass KBI, DCF child & adult abuse check, motor vehicle screen, and background checks
- reliable, insured transportation that is properly registered and compliant with all applicable state and local requirements
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently in the community
- Proficient with computers and word processing
- Regular and punctual attendance

- ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as part of routine job functions
