SEI Teacher (Part-time)

Design and implement instructional lessons for English Language Learners using Arizona's Language Development Approach, including state-approved models and content standards. Instruct assigned classes in designated locations and times while maintaining a classroom environment conducive to effective learning. Prepare for classes with written evidence, evaluate student progress regularly, and maintain accurate records as required by law. Ascertain possible learning disabilities, collaborate with staff on instructional goals, and establish open communication with students and parents. Participate in faculty meetings, supervise teacher aides, and provide professional growth through workshops and seminars. Work ten months with full benefits, with salary and work year subject to Governing Board establishment.
