Job Summary
Lead end-to-end customer journey governance and set journey KPIs aligned to business OKRs for a Vice President Segment Marketing Manager in Consumer Bank. Define segment strategy, target customer definitions, jobs to be done, and messaging architecture; translate segment insights into product marketing opportunities and influence roadmap prioritization. Own go-to-market for new products and features, including positioning, narrative, and launch plans; orchestrate channel strategies across owned, paid, and earned with budgets and success metrics. Act as a change agent for marketing transformation, drive cross-functional execution across the customer journey from awareness to retention, and ensure decisions are driven by outcomes that move the business.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital/Technology or Business Management
- 7 or more years of marketing experience with expertise in strategy roles
- Experience telling stories through verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
- Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
