Job Summary

Senior Segment Marketing Manager responsible for defining and owning the marketing strategy for assigned business lines, translating priorities into programs, content, and market activations. Own go-to-market approaches using Flagstar brand assets, thought leadership, and market positioning to build credibility in priority markets. Develop industry-best pitchbooks, one-pagers, market commentary, and client-facing content for bankers to deploy consistently. Drive banker enablement by creating tools and resources to advance pipeline across verticals, in collaboration with Brand and Creative teams. Partner with business-line leadership and the Head of Segment Marketing to ensure alignment with enterprise brand standards, measure program performance, and maintain cross-functional coordination with Legal, Compliance, Analytics, and field teams. Travel less than 10%. EOE. Pay range: $99,459.75 - $165,640.00.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B/B2C marketing, financial services marketing, or related discipline
  • Experience developing pitchbooks, sales presentations, and client-facing content for sophisticated audiences
  • Strong content strategy and storytelling instincts
  • Ability to operate as a strategic marketing partner to senior leadership
  • Experience in relationship-driven, complex sales environments
  • Financial services experience required; segment experience preferred

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience developing industry-best pitchbooks, sales presentations, and client-facing content
  • Experience supporting relationship managers or bankers with pitchbook development, market commentary, and client engagement materials
  • Familiarity with B2B/B2C content marketing, thought leadership strategy, and executive communications
  • Experience measuring marketing impact in long-cycle, relationship-driven business
  • Experience working in a matrixed marketing organization with shared creative and brand resources
  • Strong visual storytelling sensibility
  • Strong written communication skills across formats
  • Ability to translate complex financial topics into compelling narratives
  • Travel, less than 10%
