Job Summary
Plan production capacity and schedules, including additional shifts, to meet customer requirements. Coordinate optimal production equipment utilization and ensure on-time delivery while controlling daily, weekly, and monthly target achievement. Support production control by analyzing previous day results for efficiency, quality, waste, and rejects, then introduce countermeasures via KOSU or KATA or ensure escalation. Requires a mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering degree with five years of automotive industry experience and fluent French and English. Based at LEONI Wiring Systems Agadir S.A.S.U.
