Job Summary
Segment Leader responsible for managing and supervising the Segment org unit, leading direct reports, defining objectives and tasks, monitoring results, planning team activities to cover all activity stages, and driving improvements in performance, governance adherence, and service delivery. Requires identifying training needs, supporting subordinate development, and applying measures for organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, and change management to enhance team performance.
