Job Summary
Segment Lead for Metering to drive strategy, customer engagement, and solution definition across global electricity and flow metering markets. Defines global strategy for the ISEM Metering segment, leads engagement with utilities, OEMs, and system integrators, and drives system-level architectures for smart electricity meters, flow meters, smart panels, and energy gateways. Emphasizes secure connectivity, edge processing, and reusable, certified platform approaches; collaborates across product lines and ecosystem partners to accelerate time-to-market and design reuse.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years in semiconductors, energy systems, or industrial markets
- Metering, energy management, or utility infrastructure
- System-level architecture or solution definition
- Strategic customer engagement
- Metering architectures (electricity and/or flow)
- Analog sensing and metrology (e.g., precision measurement, ADC-based systems)
- Embedded processing (MCU/MPU)
- Connectivity technologies (PLC, wired, wireless)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity for embedded systems, including hardware-based security (secure elements, root of trust) and cryptographic protocols (PQC and secure communications)
