Job Summary
Direct the Pool and NAS Accounting processes through the monthly general ledger close, ensuring balance sheet and income statement accounts are reconciled. Manage daily operating processes, complete pool insurance-compliant consolidated financial statements, and participate in the annual budget process and monthly forecasting. Drive the annual audit for the pools, including actuarial support data, and oversee monthly financial analysis for NAS and Pool Insurance. Assist in the selection of new accounting systems, maintain process documentation, and provide support to GL and Accounts Payable teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 Years of previous technical accounting experience
- 3-5 Years of public accounting experience
- 2-4 Years of previous experience managing or leading financial teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business
- current CPA designation
- Prior experience with Insurance Accounting Standards
