Job Summary
Conduct Activities of Daily Living for seniors and adults, including bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Provide companionship, engage clients in conversation, and assist with transportation to appointments and errands. Follow care plans, document services provided, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly. Perform overnight shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. in Flagler, St. Johns, Duval, and Volusia Counties. Level 2 background screening and CPR certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 Background Screening
- Valid government-issued photo ID and second form of identification (Social Security card or Passport – hard copy)
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience
