Job Summary
Conduct client assessments and reassessments while developing and overseeing care plans. Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to provide exceptional care. Supervise Home Health Aide and Personal Care Assistant staff in the field. Visit clients as part of daily home health services. Experience in home health care is preferred, though training is provided. Weekly pay is offered with a flexible schedule.
