Job Summary
Per Diem RN needed for a Medicare-certified Home Health Agency serving Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include conducting initial and ongoing assessments (including OASIS), starting/resuming care, re-certifications, discharges, and providing nursing care per established standards. Must respond to emergencies, follow safety/infection-control practices, document timely and accurately, and communicate changes to the supervisor. Ideal candidate possesses an active RN license, CPR certification, home health experience, unrestricted driver’s license with valid auto insurance, and ability to pass health/background checks. Requires Alzheimer’s 2-hour course, Health Assessment within 6 months, and TB test within 1 year. Competitive per-diem pay; employed by Allegiance Home Health and Rehab (not an independent contractor). Flexible work hours.”,
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Current CPR card
- Experience in home healthcare
- Unrestricted driver''s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
- Level 2 background check
- Alzheimer’s certificate (2-hour course)
- Health assessment done within last 6 months (TB within 1 year)
