Job Summary
Full-time VA Primary Care leadership role: Clinical Practice Manager Physician at the Fairview, OR outpatient clinic. Serves within the Portland VA Medical Center and an integrated network of outpatient clinics, leading an interdisciplinary PACT team (PCP, RN, LPN, Medical Support Assistant) to manage a panel of ~900 Veterans with diverse conditions. Board-certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine (board eligible considered), with strong leadership/administrative capabilities and commitment to staff education and professional development. Responsibilities include clinical management within an outpatient setting, promotion of education and inter-professional training, and collaboration within a team-driven care model; potential OHSU academic appointment commensurate with experience. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with minimal call, located in Fairview, Oregon; requires US citizenship and an unrestricted medical license. Required Qualifications
