Job Summary
Telehealth LCSW opportunity with Headway enabling licensed clinicians to launch or expand their private practice by accepting insurance and joining a nationwide network. Requires fully licensed clinician (Master’s level or above) with LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW licensure, a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Players can build a stable practice with predictable bi-weekly payments, grow client base by leveraging in-network insurance plans, and help clients access affordable care through Headway’s platform. The role supports clinicians who want to launch or grow a practice and work within the Headway insurance network; compensation is hourly in the range of $95-$122, with payments bi-weekly. At this time, Headway cannot support mental health professionals who aren’t fully licensed.
