Telehealth LCSW with immediate start on Headway platform. Fully licensed clinical social workers (LCSW/LICSW/LCSCW) with Master’s level education or higher, valid NPI, and malpractice insurance are eligible to launch or grow a private practice via Headway’s network. Providers gain access to nationwide in-network insurance clients, build a stable referral stream, and receive predictable bi-weekly payments. The role focuses on building and expanding a private practice by accepting insurance through Headway’s platform, helping clients access covered care, and operating within the insurer network. Minimum licensure constraints require full licensure to participate; rejected applicants can reapply once licensure is valid.
