Job Summary
Oversee planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects from concept to completion; manage budgets, scheduling, and resources; provide oversight to project engineers and BIM team members; collaborate with clients to understand project requirements; ensure timely communication and compliance with building codes; conduct feasibility studies and site investigations; prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and reports; promote safety and a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural engineering design
- Project management experience a plus
- Proficiency in ETABS, RAM Structural System, RISA-3D, etc.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
- Experience with BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
