Job Summary
Structural Engineering Rockstar to oversee planning, design, and execution of structural projects from concept to completion at KPFF in Cincinnati, OH. The role includes managing project scope, budgets, and resources; providing oversight to project engineers and BIM teams; collaborating with clients; conducting feasibility studies and site investigations; reviewing drawings, calculations, and reports for building code compliance; and driving safe, high-quality engineering outcomes. Requires a Civil/Architectural Engineering degree, a PE license, and at least 4 years of structural design experience with proficiency in ETABS, RAM Structural System, RISA-3D, Revit, and AutoCAD. The position emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and a culture focused on engineering excellence and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural engineering design
- Proficiency in ETABS, RAM Structural System, RISA-3D
- Strong knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
- Experience with BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
