Job Summary
Manage end-to-end execution of high-class sea freight transports, including order processing, documentation, and schedule monitoring. Coordinate with national and international customers and service providers across the entire supply chain while preparing customs documentation. Conduct market inquiries to verify offers and conditions, support new client onboarding through document verification, and oversee monthly reconciliation and closing. Collaborate closely with domestic and international colleagues to ensure service excellence for clients. This role requires a strong background in sea freight logistics and fluent German and English skills. Join a global team at DP World Logistics Germany in Hamburg working within a hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition mit Schwerpunkt auf Seefracht
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
