Job Summary
Lead crop protection and seed portfolios across locations by driving sales plans, managing pricing strategies, and optimizing margins through rebate and claim tracking. Develop procurement strategies, negotiate supplier terms, and align inventory planning with demand forecasts to reduce excess stock and ensure product availability. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and location performance to identify gaps, while coordinating with sales, retail, and division leaders to execute marketing programs and resolve supply challenges. Requires 5+ years in agriculture inputs, strong financial analysis skills, and a valid driver's license. Deadline: August 16, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education in Ag, Ag Business, Business or related fields
- 5+ Years' experience in agriculture inputs, crop protection or seed business
