Job Summary
Deploy and maintain physical and virtual hardware infrastructure, including virtual machines and containers, while performing routine maintenance and configuration changes on servers and workstations. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the IT equipment, manage user accounts and permissions, and deploy software applications. Maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans, and keep documentation for knowledge bases, incident responses, and system configurations. Secure information systems per DoD guidance through continuous monitoring and routine security reporting, while providing networking support to on-premises infrastructure and technical support to customers.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years experience performing many of the responsibilities listed in this job requisition
- Experience with evaluating Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance including performing Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scanning
- A certification in a Windows or Linux operating environment
- An ACTIVE Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance after beginning this work
- US Citizenship
