Job Summary
S E D M Field Service Technician skilled at repairing, troubleshooting, modifying and testing Mitsubishi Sinker EDM machining products at customer sites. The role is a 100% travel position (primarily within the US, potentially international) with on-site work at customer facilities and remote support by telephone. Responsible for diagnosing complex technical problems, repairing machines mechanically and electrically, interpreting schematics and block diagrams, documenting issues and resolutions, and maintaining professional communication with customers. CNC programming is a plus; extensive travel and a valid driver’s license are required. Must operate in a fast-paced, team environment and possess the ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and perform measurements with standard tools and test equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 year Electronic or Technical Degree, or experience equivalent
