Job Summary
Oversee MSC contract requirements, training and development; forecast and implement the training program; develop and implement site-specific security training; ensure ongoing MSC/site-specific training for all personnel; manage TrackTik and NBOT reduction; coordinate with account managers; prepare shift briefings and client communications; supervise security personnel and conduct staff evaluations; lead monthly and weekly training sessions and client briefings; establish and maintain security policies, SOPs, ERP/ safety plans, and training metrics; recruit, hire, and train officers to ensure coverage; perform site inspections for compliance; requires California Guard Card, strong public speaking, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
