Security Training & Development Specialist

Conduct effective orientation sessions including role-playing potential scenarios and facilitate new hire onboarding for officers and production employees. Lead technical and culture training while ensuring proper utilization of Training Within Industry Job Instruction (TWI-JI) methods for all skills development. Develop assessment tools to determine employee skill levels, provide one-on-one and group instruction, and offer performance feedback to resolve knowledge gaps. Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver educational experiences, update work instructions, and maintain necessary training materials. Serve as a liaison between new hires and supervisors to address conflicts and tailor training programs as needed.
