Security Training & Development Specialist

Conduct effective orientation sessions including role-playing potential scenarios and facilitate new hire onboarding for officers. Lead technical and culture training while maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices. Develop and maintain all necessary training materials, equipment, and supplies, updating work instructions as needed. Act as a resource for new hires to answer questions, provide performance feedback, and resolve knowledge or skills gaps. Evaluate employee skills and knowledge to determine overall proficiency and identify learning opportunities. Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver high-quality educational experiences and monitor training program effectiveness through field supervisors.
