Security Training & Development Specialist

Facilitate new hire orientation, conduct in-depth field training, and lead technical and culture sessions for production employees. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, develop assessment tools to determine skill levels, and provide one-on-one and group instruction with performance feedback. Serve as a liaison between new hires and supervisors to resolve knowledge gaps, while developing and maintaining all necessary training materials and equipment. Monitor program effectiveness through field supervisors and tailor training programs as necessary to ensure proper utilization of TWI-JI methods. Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver high-quality educational experiences and encourage employees to expand their skills through directed resources.
