Job Summary
Facilitate new hire orientation, conduct in-depth field training, and lead technical and culture sessions for production employees. Act as a resource for new hires by answering questions, providing performance feedback, and resolving knowledge or skills gaps between staff and supervisors. Maintain training materials, update work instructions, and develop assessment tools to evaluate employee skill levels. Ensure officers adhere to uniform standards and client expectations while monitoring training program effectiveness through field supervisors. Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver educational experiences and identify learning opportunities for all production staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must have full knowledge of the rules, regulations, procedures and client expectations for all posts
- Able to conduct in depth field training
- Must be able to ensure all officers are in proper uniform, clean-shaved, no visible tattoos, etc.
