Job Summary
Deliver and assess vocational training programs in the security field, ensuring all learners meet industry competency standards. Maintain ongoing development of VET knowledge and skills to sustain trainer and assessor competence. Successfully address all aspects of the Approved Trainer Application and Assessment as required by Rightway Security Training Academy. Hold the relevant NSW Security Licence and demonstrate compliance with all imposed conditions. Engage and motivate diverse learner groups while adhering to Registered Training Organisation regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Hold the relevant subclass of NSW Security Licence for the area you intend to deliver and assess.
- Must hold (minimal CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations)
- Demonstrate ongoing compliance with all conditions imposed on your NSW Security Licence.
- Demonstrate vocational (industry) competencies at least to the level you will be delivering and assessing.
- Show evidence of ongoing development of VET knowledge and skills, maintaining industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
- Successfully address all aspects of the Approved Trainer Application and Assessment as required by Rightway Security Training Academy.
- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent qualification).
- Relevant Industry Qualifications: Possess relevant qualifications in your area of expertise within the security industry.
- Proven experience in delivering and assessing vocational training programs in the security field.
- Familiarity with the compliance requirements and regulatory standards of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learner groups.
