Security Technology Manager, Global Security

Job Summary
Lead security technology projects managing CCTV, access control, and video management systems from design through deployment, overseeing vendors and contractors while developing budgets and long-term roadmaps. Conduct internal investigations involving misconduct, theft, and security incidents by collecting evidence, interviewing stakeholders, and preparing comprehensive reports. Partner with IT, Facilities, Legal, and business units to govern enterprise security systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements. Supervise security administrators and technicians to maintain operational standards across corporate, manufacturing, and retail facilities. Provide leadership support for Arizona security operations and enterprise-wide initiatives as a member of the Global Security Management Team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-10+ years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining enterprise security systems/infrastructure for corporate, manufacturing and retail facilities
- 3–7 years of investigative experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, compliance, or related fields
- Expert knowledge of low voltage electrical, video management, access control, and other technical security systems
- Experience and understanding of Genetec/ Mercury Boards, wiring components for Access Control Systems (ACS)
- Proven track record of effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management and vendor management experience
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, cybersecurity principles, and system integration
- This role is onsite in Casa Grande, AZ
