Job Summary
Install and service enterprise-level physical security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion, and related low-voltage systems); diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; collaborate with project teams and subcontractors; read floor plans and diagrams; perform device installation, cabling, and network connections; maintain quality results and timely project execution; OSHA 10/30 and manufacturer certifications are desired; two-year degree in Electronics/IT or related field is preferred; security systems installation, programming, and testing experience is expected; on-site work with varying conditions and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience with installation and service of enterprise-level physical security systems (Access Controls, CCTV, Intrusion/Burglar, etc.)
- Ability to install devices, headend equipment, cabling, and connect to the network
- Basic comprehension of mechanical, electrical, and digital systems
- Ability to read and interpret building floor plans and diagrams
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools and test equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot basic issues across enterprise-level systems
- Ability to obtain appropriate licensure
- Two-year degree in Electronics, IT, or applicable subject (desired)
