Job Summary
Security Team Members are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. This role includes performing bag checks, monitoring entrances and exits, assisting with lost children or items, patrolling parking areas, and supporting park operations during daily activities and special events. They must provide prompt, friendly, and professional service while enforcing park policies and safety procedures, and are expected to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior security or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests, coworkers, and management
- Guest service orientation and safety awareness
