Job Summary
Manage incident and ticket management by logging customer requests, identifying contact details, and creating escalations to 2nd level while tracking end-to-end resolution. Perform remote support sessions and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting security systems including intrusion detection, access control, and video integration. Share knowledge with colleagues, contribute to knowledge base articles, and act as a back-up for team members. Escalate complaints to team leaders and adhere to quality standards and project KPIs. Requires English proficiency and experience with analog and IT-based security equipment.
Required Qualifications
- English
- Experience in installing and/or integrating technical security equipment, to include intrusion and fire detection, access control, audio and video systems
- Networking knowledge
- Working knowledge and/or experience with analog systems, electricity, alarms and with IT based security integration equipment
- Good command of MS Office package
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the systems
- Fast understanding of technical problems
- High level of customer and service orientation, communication and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a range of people
- Positive attitude
- Autonomous and proactive behaviour and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be a self-starting team player
- Flexibility in a dynamically changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary and meeting deadlines
- Must be able to work with little supervision while maintaining a high quality of service
