Job Summary
Administer, program, and maintain physical security platforms across APAC facilities, including Genetec Security Center, Traka, and IDEMIA systems. Perform system updates, patch management, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting for access control, video surveillance, and biometric solutions. Lead root-cause investigations, develop standard operating procedures, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for new data center developments and commissioning. Participate in the regional on-call rotation and ensure all configurations comply with Vantage cybersecurity standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Security Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience administering enterprise-scale physical security systems
- 5+ years of experience with Genetec Security Center, access control, and video management systems
- Advanced understanding of IP networking, system architecture, and integrated security technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site environments
- Experience with Traka, IDEMIA, Axis Intercom, and related integrated technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Willingness to travel throughout APAC as required, typically less than 25%
