Job Summary
The SSOC Operator is responsible for monitoring security systems, executing alarm and event response workflows, ensuring compliance with physical security standards, and documenting security incidents. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, possess knowledge of physical security systems, and have at least two years of experience in security operations. A high school diploma and the ability to obtain a favorable client-specific adjudication are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in security operations, alarm monitoring, security systems monitoring, or a comparable security operations center environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable client specific adjudication
Desired Qualifications
- Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred
- Skill in accurately documenting security incidents, alarms, and system events
