Security Systems Field and Service Engineer

Job Summary
Perform professional service, troubleshooting, and programming for access control, CCTV, and burglar/intrusion alarm systems. Execute high-level network integration and complete internal audits to uphold installation standards. Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to technicians while collaborating to create standard operating procedures. Respectfully communicate with partners and internal staff regarding service calls and project progress. Complete project close-out documentation including as-built drawings and installation quality photos. This role supports Digi Security Systems' internal and external operations through custom programming and technical advisement. Candidates must have at least seven years of experience in the commercial security systems field.
Required Qualifications
- expert background in installing and servicing Access Control, CCTV, and Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems
- at least seven (7) years of experience working in the commercial security systems field
- Ability to lift/move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work from ladders or man lifts at extended heights.
- Must be able to differentiate colors.
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and complete overhead work for long periods of time.
- Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of which you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards.
