Job Summary

Assure effective scheduling for regular and special assignments to maximize service efficiency. Ensure trained security personnel properly staff all posts while maintaining full compliance with facility procedures and location policies. Review and approve all reports and duty logs submitted by staff, ensuring timely notification of serious incidents. Counsel, advise, and motivate assigned personnel, providing discipline or positive reinforcement as needed. Work with management to develop employee relations and retention programs, keeping staff updated on policy modifications. Maintain effective communications with all assigned personnel and client organizations while solving conflicts and demonstrating strong leadership. Available for weekend and second shift rotations, including evenings, nights, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

Must have at least 2-3 years of security experience
Must be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
Dependable means of transportation
Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift
Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment
Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures
