Security Supervisor

Protect and safeguard all hotel guests, employees, and assets under the guidance of the Chief Security Officer while coordinating security operations in line with Wyndham standards. Perform at least one patrol per shift across all property areas to observe and report irregularities, manage departmental operations in the absence of the CSO, and conduct emergency response drills, daily hazard inspections, and investigations. Handle unbiased incident reports for claims involving theft, accidents, or property damage, maintain accurate records including security logs and key control, and provide training on security policies. Manage visitor passes, gate passes, and quarantine lists while adhering to UAE legal requirements and hotel rules. Assist guests and staff with service recommendations and promote a safe, secure, and professional work culture.
