Job Summary
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, enforcing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and educating security personnel. Candidates should have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), at least 3 years of supervisory experience in security, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a security supervisory role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Valid security license or certification, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Security Professional (CSP), or Certified Protection Officer (CPO)
- Clean criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or private security is highly desirable
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred
