Job Summary
Security Supervisor will oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensure adherence to post orders and rounds, coach and discipline staff, train officers, assist with payroll data, ensure adequate post coverage, prepare and submit reports, and liaise with client representatives to maintain security standards and high-quality customer service. Requires guiding and supervising teams, reviewing assignments, and handling various administrative tasks in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Relevant competencies include security operations, supervision, scheduling, reporting, documentation, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of related security experience
- Possession (or ability to obtain) any applicable state, county, and municipal security officer licenses
- Ability to supervise and manage security personnel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare and maintain reports
- Knowledge of security operations and post orders
- Ability to interact with clients and staff professionally
