Job Summary
Oversee on-site security operations at Hazlewood, supervising security personnel, rostering coverage, and maintaining training and licensing compliance (SIA). Serve as a key liaison between client and Securitas, delivering performance reporting, incident reporting, and coaching to drive service excellence 24/7. Responsible for enforcing core values, coordinating with the Security Management Team, and supporting staff training, incident investigations, and system monitoring (Access Control, CCTV, Detection, and Alarms).
Required Qualifications
- SIA Frontline Licence
- Experience of running a team
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent client management skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- The ability to work a 12-hour shift and cover days, nights, and weekends as required
