Job Summary
Oversee security operations at Novotel Madinah as part of the Heartist team, ensuring safety and security standards while delivering hospitality-focused service. Coordinate with hotel leadership to maintain guest safety, manage rotating shifts, and uphold high levels of customer service. Requires two+ years in international hotels, certificates in security/safety (Qitaf) and Mutaaheb, valid police clearance, English proficiency, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international hotels
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Acceptable to good level of English communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and well-groomed
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a rotating shift schedule
- Strong commitment to safety, security, and customer service standards
- Certificate in Basic Security and Safety Skills from Qitaf Institute
- “Mutaaheb” Certificate issued by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate (No Criminal Record Certificate)
