Job Summary
Oversee Renewal, Inc. security staff, including staffing, scheduling and payroll assistance, and enforce policies and procedures. Supervise movement of reentrants on a 24/7 basis, coordinate large-scale and daily searches, and maintain a safe environment for staff, reentrants, and visitors. Act as the Security department point person during extraordinary occurrences and prioritize emergency and non-emergency issues while exercising discretion; requires teamwork, crisis management, and strong communication. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED plus relevant experience accepted. Valid PA driver's license and Act 33/34 compliance required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Two years related experience
- One year supervisory experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license, Act 33/34 and a high degree of ethics required
