Job Summary
Patrol and monitor premises, inspect buildings and access points, and secure personnel while directing traffic and responding to alarms. Report irregularities, complete detailed surveillance reports, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment. Coordinate with clients and the Director of Operations to maintain a safe environment and uphold company reputation. Requires an active Guard Card in Arizona, three years of warehouse experience, and one year of site supervision background. Full-time AM and swing shifts at $22 per hour in West Phoenix.
Required Qualifications
- Active Guard Card in Arizona (physical guard card required)
- 3+ Year of Warehouse or Truckyard experience
- 1+ Year of Site Supervisor or Post Commander experience
- 8 Hours of Security Training Certificate
- Leadership experience
- Ability to be flexible with changes in schedules and site location
- Understand and follow 'Post Order' duties
