Security Supervisor I Full time Days

The Security Supervisor I leads the daily operations of a Security Department shift at a Northwestern Medicine site, communicating with shift leadership, disseminating information to security team members, identifying safety and security improvement opportunities, monitoring healthcare safety and security compliance, overseeing campus Video Management and Access Control systems, maintaining industry knowledge, completing shift reports, collaborating with support services to maintain a safe NM facility, fostering team cohesion, prioritizing security resource deployment to support patient-first safety, and leading investigations of fire, theft, criminal activity, and accidents. The role also involves orienting and coaching new security team members, conducting mandatory education and competencies, and serving as a reference for the Security Services department while adhering to department and system policies.
