Job Summary
Leading a team of on-site security guards as Surveillance Security Guard Supervisor, you will manage the daily schedule, ensure adherence to instructions, issue and track access cards, and complete daily and incident reports. Requires 1+ year security and team-management experience, First aid certification, and a valid Ontario security license. This is a permanent full-time role with GardaWorld in Canada, offering training through the GardaWorld Academy, uniform provided, and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends. Salary ranges from $18.35 to $22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- First aid certification
- Hold a valid Ontario security license
- 1+ years of experience in security and team management
- Excellent leadership skills
