Job Summary
Conduct door duty, patrol gaming and guest activity, and manage crowd control while escorting guests and employees. Control access to sensitive areas, monitor alarm panels, and issue keys. Write daily logs, conduct investigations, and provide first aid as required. Supervise team performance, oversee training and recruitment, and monitor floor traffic for suspicious activity. Greet customers, answer questions, and assist departments. Maintain work areas free of hazards and comply with all laws and policies.

- Proven high level of Customer Service

- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- The ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
- Completion of Gaming Security Officer (GSO) training/exam prior to start (employer will sponsor) OR valid BC Security License and completion of Gaming Security Officer (GSO) training/exam within 90 days of start in B.C.
- Completion of Serving It Right prior to start date (in BC)
- Must be able to provide first aid and medical attention
