Security Supervisor - Full Time (Shifts Vary)

Security Supervisor oversees the security team and the safety of guests, team members, and assets at Oaklawn. Responsible for directing, training, and managing security staff; enforcing rules and procedures, including underage gambling and drinking laws; coordinating with management on scheduling; conducting post inspections, incident reporting, and maintaining security logs; patrolling the property, responding to alarms, and providing escorts for company funds. Requires strong guest service, communication, problem-solving, organization, and the ability to work overtime. Must be able to obtain required licenses and meet background check requirements; must be at least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent.
