Job Summary
As a Security Supervisor, you will manage security operations at the Los Angeles Convention Center, respond to security needs, train and supervise security personnel, enforce policies, and collaborate with guest services to ensure safety during events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- Three (3) years of security related work experience
- Valid CA State Guard Card
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of human behavior and crowd control techniques
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience as a supervisor in a sports venue, entertainment, and/or convention facility.
- Previous law enforcement and/or military experience is a plus.
- Prior experience interviewing and screening candidates for open positions within the department.
- Knowledge of scheduling software.
