Security Supervisor

Security Supervisor responsible for auditing security and quality policies and procedures, monitoring investigations, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The role inspects physical assets (buildings, vehicles) to identify security issues, reviews service failure reports for employee dishonesty and procedural breakdowns, investigates losses and potential criminal activity, presents investigation findings to management and government agencies, and develops customized security procedures for external customers. Tasks include analyzing investigation results and root causes of losses, interviewing investigation subjects to obtain written incident statements, preparing thorough case files, determining employee training needs for continuous development, and conducting performance evaluations. Requires at least an associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred), proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook, and location in Cincinnati, OH with standard hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST). This position does not offer relocation assistance and visa sponsorship is not provided.
