Job Summary
Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, supervise security personnel, and coordinate emergency response efforts. This role requires 5 years of supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, military, safety, or EMS. The position necessitates a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of FEMA ICS 100 course, and a valid Georgia driver's license. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting shift briefings, assigning tasks, mentoring security officers, and managing emergency responses. Additional certifications in BLS, IAHSS, and MCPP are required within specified time frames, along with physical assessments to ensure capability in emergency situations.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, safety or EMS in a supervisory capacity
- Valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record
- Heartsaver or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 3 months of employment
- International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) Supervisor certification within 12 months of employment
- Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP) Tier 5, or equivalent, within 6 months of employment
- Taser certification with AXON within 9 months of employment
- FEMA ICS 100 course completion within 3 months of employment or upon internal transfer
Desired Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in healthcare setting
- Experience with the use of less than-lethal weapons
