Job Summary
Approach all guest and team member encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Accurately record and report security incidents, including event details, response actions, and follow-up, ensuring established policies are followed consistently. Create and maintain schedules for safety personnel to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage, while communicating effectively with other departments for coordination on safety matters. Maintain accurate records of security incidents, staff performance, and relevant information, completing all required training documentation. Attend all meetings and training as required by management.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to positively motivate and lead a team, conveying information and ideas clearly and effectively so that ownership of high levels of guest service is understood to be the role of each individual team member.
- Be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity, including the ability to listen carefully to and resolve guest issues to the satisfaction of the affected guests.
- Be able to identify potential guest issues and then develop methodologies to prevent or limit the impact of those guest issues during the course of guest visits.
- Be able to assimilate complex information and data for various sources and consider, adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need.
- Be able to effectively listen to, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.
- Be able to work with and understand financial information and data and perform basic math functions.
- A high school diploma is required.
- A valid Georgia's Driver's License is required.
- Two or more years of experience in Law Enforcement, Security, or Hospitality Industries are required.
- Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid Certification through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross within the first six months of employment.
- Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 25 lbs. of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 are highly desired.
